This page describes how information sent through the website inquiry form is used. Please don't submit passwords, payment details, medical information, or other sensitive personal data.

Information you provide

If you submit a website inquiry, the form asks for your name, email, business name and type, the work you're interested in, and a short description. You can optionally provide your telephone number, existing website, and preferred timeframe.

Why this information is collected

Ricardo Ballesteros, operating as 711 Digital Studio, uses the details you submit to review your project, communicate about your request, and prepare a customized proposal if appropriate. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a mailing list or commit you to purchasing any service.

How submissions are processed

The inquiry form is processed through Formspree. Formspree receives form data and forwards submissions to the studio's configured notification email address, and may retain submissions according to your studio's account settings and Formspree's policies. Read Formspree's privacy policy. The website itself does not maintain a separate submissions database.

How long the information is kept

Inquiries may remain in the Formspree account and receiving email inbox while needed to respond, maintain project records, or comply with applicable obligations. You may request deletion of your inquiry information, subject to any necessary retention requirements.

Other services

This site links to hosted example websites on Cloudflare Pages. Those examples are separate demonstrations, and their simulated business flows do not take real orders or payments. This portfolio does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Questions or requests

Use the contact form to ask questions about how your information is handled or request correction or deletion of a previous inquiry. Include enough detail to identify your submission but do not include sensitive data.
